With over a decade of marketing know-how, her approach to social media is anything but cookie-cutter. Adelphia isn’t about just throwing up pretty posts and calling it a day—she’s all about creating scroll-stopping, heart-hitting content that builds connections and drives results.
She keeps it real with her clients, breaking down the wild world of social media into strategies that actually work. Think less fluff, more substance—using every post, story, and reel to amplify a brand’s unique voice. Nazmi's humble writing beginnings started during his national service stint. With some downtime, he, armed with a pen and a notebook to jot down his thoughts, easily filled up the pages and found liberation in writing. He vowed to make a career with words.
Years later, he has since collaborated with various lifestyle publications. Nazmi is a jack of some content trades and a master of none; it's always a work in progress.
At FTLOS, he serves as a resident writer, crafting quality copies. However, the real work begins when all the assignments are done – on Instagram to find the most ridiculous cat videos.

Syada started out as a digital creative, making any digital canvases into magic — armed with a passion for design, lifestyle and of course, a smartphone. It became her dynamic trio in helping her craft an exciting path to her career in this ever-evolving world of pixels and posts to connect with brands and people all over.
Having studied graphic design and digital marketing all at once, she took socials into a reality — now at FTLOS, meant to be! It’s like she turned her love for art into a full-time adventure.
When she is logged offline, you can find her in her island girl state, somewhere in Bali near the ocean with a coconut in hand.

Aged 6 (which means 42 in human years!) Mantou is a supportive colleague who takes naps on Adel’s feet and watches her closely while she’s at her desk. She’s the office cheerleader who makes sure Adel gets movement during breaks by begging her to go for walks.
During downtime, Mantou runs her own social media account as a corgi-fluencer, featuring her daily activities, occasional OOTDs, and treats she regularly gets.
